Sunhee has experienced a variety of experiences, from small work in the kitchen to developing menus and FOH parts, while building her career at restaurant Yellow and restaurant Hartsyard in Australia. Through these experiences, Sun-hee developed an affection for restaurant work and was inspired by the unique cooking methods and creative ideas of many famous chefs.
Since joining EVETT, she quickly mastered her responsibilities in the pastry section and even took on the role of managing Section 1, the service bar. Currently, as EVETT's Development Chef, she explores production sites in different regions, contributing to the development of new recipes.
Seonhee's goal is to excel in her role as a Development Chef. She takes great interest in the process of seeking out new ingredients and producers, and she demonstrates passion in tasks such as recipe development and ingredient management. She strives to achieve the best possible results and consistently puts in her utmost effort.
